Refund Policy

1. Wallet Top-Up Refunds

Once your wallet has been credited, the amount is non-refundable in cash. However, your wallet balance remains available for use on our platform at any time.

2. Dream Interpretation Fee

The dream interpretation fee (PKR 500) is deducted from your wallet when you submit a dream. This fee is non-refundable once a scholar has been assigned to your dream.

If your dream has not yet been assigned to a scholar, you may contact us to request cancellation and refund of the fee to your wallet.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds in the following exceptional cases:

• Technical error prevented your dream from being submitted correctly
• Double payment was made for the same dream
• Service was unavailable for an extended period
